1. Choosing material
Firstly, we will choose the stone block according to your required, such as the stone color and fireplace dimensions. This step is not as simple as people think and come through long-term experience. The stone cannot be used with rift or too much color shade. And we need to choose the available block as your dimensions to save the material and time. We can offer many different kinds of stone. 2. Cutting
Second, we will cut the block into different panels by machine as the drawing. The whole process of production will use the different machine as the picture show.
3. Sculpting
Third, it is the important process to sculpt by our skillful graver with at least 10 years experience. The outstanding is all by hand. It will not only require the excellent artistic skill, but also the long-term practice. It divided into two steps, one is overall outline, and then come out the details on the rough sketch. To repair the place clear by knife and grinding head. It must be very careful, cautious when operating. Otherwise it will restart to cause the loss and waste the time.
4. Assembling and sticking
We will assemble and stick the different panels together to the rough shape. The fireplace is common composed by the shelf, cross, legs and hearth.
5. Polishing
It is a time-consuming process that will require more patience and skilled grinding method. It also needs two steps. The first step is by the grinding wheel, and then by the sand paper and water sand paper. It must ask for repeat again and again to make each tiny are polished enough.
6. Packaging
We use strong wooden crates for outside packing and full filling the foam inside to ensure the safe enough. And we are sure that the packaging is in accord with the international transportation standards.
